  We were very impressed with the high level of customer service provided. There were a couple of hiccups at the start with the wrong tank ordered but it was resolved quickly. The delivery driver Matt kept us up to date with the delivery details and was very efficient upon delivery of the tank. Thanks guys.

  Very professional people to deal with. The purchase was very easy to do online. In spite of the Christmas rush it was delivered a week sooner than the original estimate. They keep you informed of delivery time & procedure. When James arrived with the tank he was very easy to deal with & got the job done in just a few minutes. It's great to be able to support a family business in a regional area. I would be happy to buy from them again.

  I recently took delivery of 2x 34,000 litre Duraplas Polyethylene Round Water Tanks. I am very pleased with the whole process from Initial Ordering -right through to the Delivery Driver dropping off the tanks.
  The entire process was easy from start to finish, with fantastic Customer Service.
  I am very Happy and Satisfied with my New Tanks and i would Highly Recommend The Tank Factory to Anyone considering buying Water Tanks.
